Call from Stevens CountyHow coverage works
How we decide whether we can reach you
Every call starts with the same two questions: where are you, and is the water still coming? We answer 24/7 and tell you on the phone what to shut off and what to move, whether you are a few minutes from the shop or across the state line.
Arrival time depends on the hour, the roads and how many crews are already out. In a regional cold snap, when pipes split all over the county at once, we say so plainly and give you a realistic window rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Rural and lakefront jobs take a little more planning. Gravel roads, gates and long driveways change which equipment we can bring, so describing the route on the call saves time when we arrive.
