On a job we take photos, moisture readings and notes about your home and the damage. These records are part of the job file. We share them with you, and with your insurer or adjuster when you ask us to or when they are needed for your claim.
Outside services this website uses
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.
The map on each page is not loaded until you click View map. Once you do, Google Maps loads in the page and Google may set its own cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy.
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, pages requested and the time of the request, for security and operation.
How long we keep information
We keep job records, including photos, readings, estimates and invoices, for as long as we need them to support the work, warranty questions, insurance claims and our legal and tax obligations.
